Her diverse background has shaped a well-rounded and compassionate approach to patient care.
As the founder and provider at Masters of Design Wellness & Aesthetics, Michelle brings a deep passion for wellness and regenerative medicine to every patient encounter. She describes this chapter of her career as the most rewarding yet—an opportunity to help clients feel and look their best from the inside out.

Adel Haque, BS, MD, FAAD, was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, with his parents and five siblings. He attended Georgia Tech on a full scholarship, where he majored in Biochemistry and Chemistry and minored in chemical engineering, graduating with highest honors, the president’s award, and a community service recognition. After graduation, he attended the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, where he served on the Honor Council, worked as an anesthesia technician, and was recognized for being in the top 5% of his class in academics and board examination scores.
He completed his internship transitional year at Gwinnett Medical Center in Atlanta and went on to complete his residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa. There, he earned awards as the resident teacher of the year, surgery resident of the year, and cosmetics resident of the year. Additionally, he received a USF service award for outstanding community service and an award as an institutional culture champion for his dedication to improving the lives of his patients, peers, and program.
Originally from India, he brings a sense of camaraderie to every patient encounter, treating each as if they were part of his family. He is known for listening to his patients and spending lots of time getting to know them and their dermatologic conditions, and also looking at them holistically. He loves treating complex medical dermatology patients from CTCL to blistering diseases, psoriasis, acne, eczema, and the like. He is also an avid surgeon, having done over a thousand Mohs cases in his residency. Finally, he is also skilled in cosmetics training, ranging from treating benign lesions to Botox to fillers and more.
Dr. Haque is an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania Department of Dermatology. He also volunteers at the Veterans Affairs in Philadelphia monthly as clinical faculty, supervising dermatology residents in both general and surgical dermatology for veterans. When not in the clinic, you can find him on a basketball court, spending time with his family, traveling, and volunteering around the city.

My name is Mckinze and I’m a 23-year-old Arizona native who recently traded the desert for the beautiful mountains of East Tennessee—and I’m absolutely in love with it here!
Ever since I was young, I’ve had two big passions: helping people and all things beauty. That’s why I’m so excited to be working toward my dream career as both an Aesthetic Nurse here at Masters of Design and a Pediatric E.R. Nurse after I graduate in August 2025.
I believe in making people feel confident, cared for, and completely at home the moment they walk through our doors. Growing this business alongside my amazing mom, Michelle, has been such a blessing, and we can’t wait to welcome you into the Masters of Design family!
